Food Processing supervisor (Marination)

Job Summary

You will prepare food products by marinating, skewering, cutting meat, packing, and operating food preparation machines. You will follow SOPs and recipes precisely while maintaining workplace safety and hygiene. The role requires handling heavy items and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Marinate, skewer, cut meat, and pack food products according to assigned tasks and skillset
• Operate food preparation machines and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow food processing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and recipes strictly to ensure product quality
• Maintain workplace safety and hygiene by adhering to safety protocols and cleaning standards
• Handle and stack heavy products weighing 15kg to 20kg in baskets
• Stand for extended periods during work shifts
