💼 Requirements

• Customer service, hospitality, admin or people-facing experience is an advantage
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Pleasant service attitude & professional when handling difficult situations
• Meticulous, organised & able to multitask
• Able to work independently and in a team

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate information
• Receive, verify & process documents/applications
• Assist customers professionally
• Handle feedback and challenging situations tactfully
• Support administrative & service improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
