Job Summary

Lead and oversee daily production operations to meet targets while ensuring product quality, safety compliance, and efficient workflow. Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in a GMP-certified manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to achieve set production targets efficiently
• Manage manpower allocation to maintain smooth and continuous production workflow
• Ensure product quality by enforcing compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Monitor production efficiency, minimize wastage, and reduce machine downtime through proactive oversight
• Enforce adherence to safety rules and work procedures among all production employees
• Coordinate effectively with QA/QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to support production goals
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and improve overall team performance
• Identify production issues promptly and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports for operational transparency
• Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and operational excellence
