QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and budgets for construction projects.

• Manage the tendering process, including preparation of tender documents and evaluation of bids.

• Monitor project costs and track variations to ensure projects remain within budget.

• Conduct site measurements and valuations for interim payments and final accounts.

• Liaise with contractors, clients, and consultants on cost-related matters.

• Maintain and implement the ISO Quality Management System.

• Assist in contract administration, including contract reviews and management of claims.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and SketchUp.

• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and a strong team player.

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving.
