IT Applications Assistant

Responsibilities:
(a) Develop, maintain, and provide ongoing support for WordPress and Payload CMS websites.

(b) Manage CMS configurations, content structures, plugins, and themes to ensure web platforms remain secure, functional, and aligned with organizational needs.

(c) Perform routine site updates, manage user access permissions, and ensure overall platform stability and security.

(d) Troubleshoot and resolve website errors, layout bugs, and configuration issues.

(e) Prepare and maintain high-level technical documentation, system documentation and user manuals

(f) Assist internal teams and non-technical stakeholders in understanding how to manage content on the platforms.

Requirements:

(a) Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

(c) Hands-on experience or familiarity with WordPress CMS, including website development, maintenance and administration. Familiarity with Payload CMS is a plus.

(d) Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to troubleshoot and make website enhancements

(e) Good analytical skills with the ability to translate content requests into clean, functional web pages.

(f) Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with team members and non-technical stakeholders.
