Join a fast-paced automotive environment supporting Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations and vehicle loan processing.

Working Hours
• Monday: 8.30am–6.30pm
• Tuesday–Friday: 8.30am–6.15pm
• 1-hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities
• Submit vehicle loan cases to banks for processing
• Record and update loan cases in Salesforce
• Liaise with banks to follow up on loan status and approvals
• Update Salesforce with loan approval information
• Communicate loan status to Sales Consultants
• Release approved loan amounts into Salesforce for vehicle registration
• Check loan documents and follow up on outstanding documentation
• Verify Tax Invoices, LTA logcards and Insurance Cover Notes before sending documents to banks
• Check HP Agreements and required forms are duly completed and signed
• Generate despatch batches in Salesforce and prepare documents for bank disbursement
• Record and track outgoing documents in Salesforce
• Coordinate with banks for daily document collection
• Perform administrative duties such as photocopying and archiving loan cases
• Support other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
