Senior Clinic Executive / Assistant (Anson)

Job Scope / Key Responsibilities

1. Clinic Frontline Operations Support

● Oversee registration, check-in, and patient queue management

● Ensure smooth patient flow across screening stations

● Assist in resolving basic operational bottlenecks at frontline level

2. Senior Administrative Execution

● Handle complex or high-volume patient registration cases

● Ensure accuracy of patient data entry and documentation

● Support preparation of screening forms, reports, and records

3. Patient Experience Support

● Provide guidance and assistance to patients throughout the screening journey

● Handle basic patient enquiries and service recovery at frontline level

● Ensure a smooth and professional patient experience

4. Corporate Health Screening Support

● Support onsite and offsite corporate screening events as needed

● Assist in coordination of patient lists, attendance, and flow

● Ensure readiness of registration and admin setup for events

5. Operations Coordination

● Coordinate between nursing, doctors, and operations teams

● Assist Assistant Clinic Manager in daily workflow execution

● Escalate operational issues when required

6. Documentation & Reporting

● Ensure accuracy of daily clinic reports and screening records

● Support data consolidation for corporate screening programmes

● Maintain proper filing and documentation control

7. Equipment & Logistics Support

● Assist in preparation of clinic setup and consumables

● Support inventory checks for frontline operations

● Ensure registration stations are fully functional

8. Compliance & SOP Adherence

● Ensure adherence to clinic SOPs and operational guidelines

● Maintain confidentiality of patient data (PDPA compliance)

● Support audit readiness and documentation accuracy

9. Health Screening Report Management (as needed)

● Extracting patient screening data from the system

● Compiling and formatting health screening results

● Generating daily, weekly, or monthly reports

● Checking data accuracy and completeness
