ASSISTANT CENTRE MANAGER - MCST (COMMERCIAL)

Key Responsibilities

• Operations and Maintenance: Oversee daily facility upkeep, coordinate repair work, and ensure the building complies with safety rules and codes.
• Tenant Relations: Act as the main contact for tenant requests, resolve disputes, and handle lease renewals or move-ins to keep retention high.
• Financial Management: Help prepare yearly budgets, track rent collections, monitor accounts receivable, and write monthly financial reports.
• Leasing Support: Show spaces to potential clients, prepare lease documents, and assist with market research.
• Contract Administration: Hire vendors, supervise third-party contractors, and ensure projects finish on time and within budget.

Key Requirements

• Education: A bachelor's degree or diploma in Real Estate, Business, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of background in commercial, retail, or residential property management.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, project management, and basic software proficiency (like MS Office).
