Admin Assistant @ MOE School |East Area

Location: East (nearest MRT: Marine Terrace)

Contract Period: 29 December 2026 to 28 December 2027

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursdays: 6.45AM to 4.00PM
• Fridays: 6.45AM to 3.30PM
• Service not required on weekends, public holidays and designated school holidays

Job scope:

• Maintain the Science Laboratory and Mathematics Room
• Manage inventory supplies for science experiments
• Prepare materials and equipment for experiments, learning stations, and assessments
• Provide administrative support, including preparing and distributing materials
• Coordinate relief timetables and communicate arrangements to staff
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level
• At least 2 year of relevant working experience in a MOE school environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Proactive, resourceful, and a committed team player with strong initiative
