Job Description
- Manage reception counter of the Town Council and provide assistance to walk-in customers
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner
- Follow SOPs of the Town Council when handling and providing assistance to residents on various maintenance and other feedback
- Deploy vendors to follow up on feedback where necessary
- Process permit booking applications
- Manage Town Council’s email account including screening through feedback and forward to correct personnel for follow up
- Administrative duties including housekeeping of notice boards, postage etc.
- Other duties assigned from time to time
