AI Agent Development Engineer

Job Descriptions:

1. Lead the architectural design, development, and end-to-end performance optimization of enterprise-grade AI Agent systems as a core team member, ensuring reliable delivery under high-concurrency scenarios.
2. Implement modules such as RAG, tool calling, and multi-agent collaboration for complex business scenarios, and package standardized AI components to accelerate product iterations.
3. Proactively explore emerging Agent technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the Agent development platform. Drive advancements in Agent context engineering, high-performance execution, optimization, and self-evolution, while building benchmark Agents.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with 3+ years of engineering experience in at least one of Python, TypeScript, Java, or C/C++.
2. Deep involvement in enterprise-level Agentic AI projects, with solid knowledge of Agent-related technologies such as Agent Harness and Agent Loop.
3. In-depth understanding of the design philosophy behind at least one mainstream Agent product (e.g., LangChain, Dify, Openclaw, Hermes), with practical experience in cutting-edge Agent technologies.
4. Experience contributing to open-source projects or active participation in open-source communities.
