About this job
- Oversee production scheduling
- Evaluate and establish process parameters
- Identify and eliminate sources of failure and to perfect functionality of products
- Define process problems that lead to throughput or quality issues, evaluate cause of problem, implement solutions to stabilize processes, increase production output, reduce production cycle and enhance cost improvement
- Investigate and implement solutions on process or material related problems
- Develop and maintain proper job methods, work instructions, drawings, bill of material etc. for products
- Execute productivity programme such as process automation, tooling and fixture fabrication or improvement etc.
- Conduct training on equipment operation and maintenance
- Ensure manufacturing objectives are met and initiate continuous improvement activities on product quality, yields and technologies
