Project Engineer (Onsite / Office)

Job Summary:

The Project Engineer will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of various projects at RED Offshore This role requires a positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player who possesses not only standard project management skills but also the capability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and management to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to established timelines and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address project constraints and obstacles.
• Foster and maintain clear and effective communication channels among team members, stakeholders, and clients to provide regular project updates and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project's unique requirements and deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and generate progress reports for senior management and clients.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing among team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in project management.

Qualifications:

• Relevant practical experience.
• Proven experience in project engineering or related roles within the [Marine / Oil & Gas].
• Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical and non-technical information to various audiences. (Mandarin and English)
• Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability in fast-paced and changing work environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and make sound decisions under pressure.
