Hotel Reservation Agent (Pre-Opening Team)

Join the opening team of one of Singapore's most anticipated luxury lifestyle hotels and be part of creating exceptional guest experiences from day one.

Responsibilities

• Manage room reservations via phone, email, and online channels.
• Assist guests with enquiries, bookings, amendments, and special requests.
• Ensure reservation details are accurate and up to date in the hotel system.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest arrivals.
• Deliver professional, personalised, and efficient customer service.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel reservation systems is an advantage.

Salary: $2,500 - $2,700

Working Location: Orchard
