Accounts Executive

• Finance and Accounting functions;
• Handle daily full spectrum of accounts;
• Responsible for monthly regional accounts closing;
• Check payments prepared by regional team;
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and accounting policies;
• Prepare annual financial statements and review regional tax filings;
• Reports to Accountant and Regional Finance Manager;
• Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers in relation to external audit, tax submissions, statutory filings and bank related matters; and
• Any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications. Applicants with minimum 2 years accounting experience.
• ERP system (NetSuite) knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Has positive attitudes and able to work independently in a team.
• Has good attention to details, good time management and able to meet deadlines.
