Warehouse Coordinator (West |up to $2,700)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm

Saturday: 08:30am - 12:30pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
• To key in warehouse operation date into the Warehouse Management

System/Inventory System accurately and timely. Keep the WMS system up to date on a daily basis.

• To respond and follow up on enquiries by customers.

• To coordinate with all customers on the inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all schedules are met.

• To perform and support weekly cycle count, monthly or yearly inventory count.

• To apply for shipping permit.

• To have proper filing of warehouse documentations, as well as handing equipment servicing records etc.

• To perform daily pick, pack and transportation arrangements.

• To perform any other tasks assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must possess at least O levels

• Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and experience in WMS (Preferred)

• Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment.
