Role Description
The Senior HR is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, policy implementation, and compliance with employment laws. The role serves as a strategic partner to management in driving organizational growth and fostering a positive workplace culture. In addition to acting as a liaison between management and staff, they advise business executives on strategic planning.
Specific Responsibilities
Monitor attendance of employees and working schedules including breaks, overtime and paid time offs. Plan and schedule onboarding sessions and job-related training for all workers. Track key recruiting metrics (e.g. source of hire, turnover rates, etc).
Manage and support the team in every daily operational task needed.
Assigned department(s) to include creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment; compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
To finalize each employee's monthly OT's and allowance (if any)
In charge of all recruitment matters and ensure manpower demands are promptly attended
In charge of HR development, strategic planning and implementations to support business development
Lead and implement staff career path, staff engagement, retention plans, compensation and benefits
Manage and facilitate suitable courses for staff career growth
Identify the needs for training and corporate development
Prepare timely HR data and reports as and when required
Working closely with management to come out with monthly reports
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with exposure to full-spectrum HR functions.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF requirements, and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Proficient in Microsoft and HR systems.
Experience in retail, beauty, healthcare, or service industries is an advantage.
