Project Executive/Senior Project Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from award through fabrication, installation, and handover

• Coordinate workflow across Sales, Design, Procurement, Production, and external subcontractors

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality, timelines, and cost control

• Develop and manage production and installation schedules to meet project deadlines

• Use project management tools to communicate progress and coordinate team actions

• Conduct project meetings for coordination, progress updates, and issue resolution

• Manage change requests and communicate their impact on timeline and budget

• Oversee on-site setup and installation works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion

• Prepare Permit to Work applications and supporting WSH documentation when required

• Support sourcing of materials, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed

• Monitor project budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings

• Conduct post-project reviews to improve future project execution

Requirements

• 1–2 years of project management experience for Project Executive; more experienced candidates will be considered for Senior Project Executive

• Experience in events, interior fit-out, exhibition, construction, or fabrication-related industries

• Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset

• Able to manage tight timelines and multiple workstreams

• Good communication skills and confident working with people of different backgrounds

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Understanding of project management processes is an advantage
