- We are seeking an experienced and organized Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate the company’s supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution activities. - Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize logistics operations and supply chain processes
- Coordinate transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution activities
- Monitor shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
- Negotiate transportation rates and service agreements
- Track inventory levels and implement inventory control procedures
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and identify process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customs requirements, and company policies
- Manage logistics budgets and control operational costs
- Lead and supervise logistics staff, warehouse teams, and coordinators
- Resolve shipping delays, transportation issues, and customer complaints
- Implement logistics software systems and reporting tools
- Prepare operational reports and forecasts for senior management
