We are looking for a Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join our growing team. If you are service-oriented, enjoy interacting with customers, and have a passion for technology, we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

1. Serve walk-in and appointment-based customers professionally and courteously.
2. Receive, check, and handle customer devices carefully during drop-off and collection.
3. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate updates on repair progress.
4. Manage customer satisfaction, including handling feedback, complaints, and warranty claims.
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service centre environment.
6. Answer phone calls and attend to online inquiries when required.
7. Assist the Operations Manager with daily administrative or operational tasks when needed.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, electronics, or service industries.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
3. Able to multitask and handle customers in a fast-paced environment.
4. Basic understanding of mobile devices or interest in technology is an advantage.
5. Proactive team player with good time management skills.
6. Training will be provided for product knowledge and repair process handling.
