Cleaning Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors; wiping skirting boards and removing debris;
• Dusting and wiping surfaces (e.g. tables, shelves, fixtures) and spot-cleaning walls;
• Cleaning kitchenettes and shared appliances (e.g. sinks, stove, kitchen counter)
• Cleaning toilets, including basin, mirror, toilet bowl, and high-touch surfaces;
• Emptying waste bins, replacing bin liners and transporting waste to designated collection points
• Cleaning doors, gate, windows and mirrors;
• Wiping of ceiling fan;
• ⁠Clearing and cleaning of washer and dryer filter;
• ⁠Cleaning of shoe rack;
• ⁠Cleaning of rubbish chute (internal only);
• Any other cleaning tasks of a similar nature
• Any other adhoc jobs tasks assigned by supervision

Requirements:

• Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping is an advantage but not mandatory
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting light loads for extended periods of time
• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently

• Able to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
