The Position
Summary
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Senior Associate, Demand Generation and Marketing Operations plays a key role in planning and executing demand generation and account-based marketing programmes while driving marketing operations excellence. The role owns campaign execution, performance monitoring, lead management processes, and marketing data quality, ensuring marketing activities are delivered effectively and generate measurable business outcomes.
Operating at the intersection of campaigns, data, systems, and sales alignment, this role helps build a scalable, insight-led demand and account-based marketing engine that supports Amplify Health's growth priorities. The Senior Associate leverages account intelligence, buying committee insights, and performance analytics to improve targeting, engagement, and campaign effectiveness, contributing to the development of a high-quality pipeline.
Success is measured by the quality and readiness of opportunities delivered to sales, the effectiveness of campaign performance and optimisation, the integrity of marketing data and processes, and the overall commercial impact of marketing programmes.
Responsibilities
1) Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
· Independently plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, content, event, and account-based marketing channels.
· Develop campaign plans aligned with business priorities, target segments, and strategic accounts.
· Recommend audience targeting, channel strategies, and engagement approaches to maximise pipeline generation.
· Manage campaign delivery end-to-end, ensuring quality execution, stakeholder alignment, and timely completion.
· Monitor campaign performance and proactively adjust tactics to improve outcomes and efficiency.
2) Lead Generation & Performance Optimisation
· Analyse campaign performance across lead generation, conversion, engagement, pipeline contribution, and cost efficiency metrics.
· Lead testing and optimisation initiatives, applying data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
· Make recommendations to improve lead quality, conversion rates, customer engagement, and marketing ROI.
· Partner with commercial stakeholders to improve lead management processes and early-stage pipeline conversion.
· Support the evolution of lead qualification and campaign measurement practices.
3) Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Support
· Own account research, segmentation, and targeting activities for priority accounts.
· Develop actionable account insights and buyer intelligence to improve campaign effectiveness.
· Execute and optimise ABM programmes in collaboration with marketing and commercial stakeholders.
· Support account engagement strategies through coordinated, personalised marketing activities.
· Track and evaluate ABM effectiveness using engagement and pipeline performance metrics.
4) Marketing Operations & Data Management
· Own marketing data quality, campaign attribution, and CRM operational processes.
· Drive campaign tracking and reporting practices to ensure accurate measurement of marketing effectiveness.
· Manage campaign setup, workflows, and integrations across marketing systems and platforms.
· Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and data quality.
· Serve as a key contributor to marketing operations best practices and governance.
5) Performance Reporting & Insights
· Develop and deliver performance reporting aligned to marketing and business objectives.
· Analyse campaign, pipeline, and customer engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.
· Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for marketing and commercial stakeholders.
· Present performance insights and optimisation recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
· Contribute to data-driven decision-making across demand generation activities.
6) Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner proactively with sales, product marketing, and business teams to align demand generation efforts with commercial priorities.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to improve lead management, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline performance.
· Influence and coordinate stakeholders across regional and functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
· Support alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives through regular communication and performance reviews.
Candidate ProfileExperience and Qualifications
· 5-7+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing, marketing operations, or account-based marketing.
· Demonstrated experience independently managing and optimising multi-channel demand generation programmes.
· Experience owning campaign performance metrics, lead generation outcomes, and marketing analytics.
· Strong understanding of CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, attribution methodologies, and reporting tools.
· Experience supporting B2B marketing, enterprise sales environments, health technology, SaaS, or technology sectors preferred.
· Bachelor's degree required.
