About this job
This position supports the service team on the commissioning, preventive maintenance and testing of equipment as well as to provide continual technical support to customers.
- To carry out testing and commissioning of CCTV, Security, Intercom, Fire Alarm, AV & Public Address Systems
- Analysis of equipment failures to determine cause and recommend corrective action
- Respond to service calls or requests and carry out rectification works at site
- Carry out preventive maintenance works for customers as per schedule
- Provide customers with continuous technical and operational program support
- Provide quotations the paid repairs and A&A Works
- Manage the service projects and paid jobs
