HEALTHCARE & WELLNESS PROMOTER

We are seeking friendly, energetic and service-oriented individuals to promote our healthcare and wellness products, services and programmes at roadshows, events and retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce healthcare and wellness products and services to customers
• Explain product features, uses and promotions clearly and responsibly
• Engage customers, identify their needs and recommend suitable options
• Conduct basic product demonstrations after receiving the required training
• Generate leads, arrange appointments and follow up with interested customers
• Support roadshows, exhibitions and promotional activities
• Achieve agreed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate daily sales and customer-enquiry records
• Provide professional customer service at all times
• Avoid making unapproved medical claims or providing medical advice

Requirements

• Friendly, confident and comfortable approaching customers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in healthcare, wellness and healthy ageing
• Sales or promotional experience is preferred but not essential
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work at roadshows and selected weekends
• Responsible, punctual and target-oriented
• Training will be provided
