• Property laws, regulations and compliance
• Estate planning, wills and probate matters
• Architecture, construction and building defects
• Property investment and financial analysis
• Sales, marketing and client engagement
• Negotiation and conflict resolution
• Stress management and emotional resilience
• Digital marketing, technology and artificial intelligence
• Leadership, team management and professional ethics

Trainer Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom or online training
• Facilitate discussions, activities and property-related case studies
• Develop or enhance lesson plans, presentation slides and learner materials
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback
• Keep course content accurate, relevant and up to date
• Maintain attendance and training records where required
• Comply with applicable CEA requirements and our quality-assurance procedures
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and learner engagement

Who Should Apply

• Experienced real estate professionals and agency leaders
• Lawyers, architects, accountants, counsellors and other subject-matter experts
• Trainers with relevant industry experience and professional qualifications
• Individuals with strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Professionals who can translate technical knowledge into practical learning
• ACTA, ACLP or equivalent adult-education qualifications are preferred
