Requirements:

• Certification with Gyrotonic and / or Gyrokensis with an active license (plus if you're comfortable working with the Cobra model)
• Strong attention to detail, and other courses taken in physical movement and education are beneficial

About: Mindful Movement was born out of a deep desire to teach quality movement. We believe in great form, positive encouragement, and fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere where you feel you can do anything. In being attentive and aware of what's happening inside your body, as well as what it looks like from the outside we nurture holistic, full mind-body health. In nurturing self-awareness, whether in group sessions, or privates one-on-one, we work together with you to understand what's happening in your body, and help you reach goals ranging from being pain free to attaining peak performance in the circus.

We believe in being awake and present to our daily environment, recognizing the impact of how we move in the world, and how our daily movements affect our body. When our bodies move better, we feel better.

​We offer bespoke studio pilates reformer classes, gyrotonic classes, aerial hammock classes, and holistic wellness workshops. Our Back Care classes are catered towards helping people understand their scoliosis curvature better through movement and how to help stabilize their back and spine.
