Business Development Executive - Singapore & Malaysia

We are looking for a proactive hunter-type sales professional to develop new customers and new business in Singapore and Malaysia.

Power, Construction, Marine & Offshore, Telecom & Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers through cold outreach, site visits, networking and project prospecting
• Identify upcoming projects, tenders and new sales opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to quotation and order closure
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline

Requirements

• At least 1 year of B2B sales or business development experience preferred
• Relevant industry exposure is an advantage
• Strong willingness to do field sales and develop customers from scratch
• Self-driven, persistent and target-oriented
• Willing to travel within Singapore and Malaysia

Probation
Initial 3-month probation with clear performance expectations on sales activity, pipeline and new account development.
