What You’ll Do

• 💆 Massage Expertise: Provide professional body massage, foot reflexology, and fire cupping treatments tailored to client needs.
• 🤝 Customer Engagement: Build rapport with clients, explain treatment benefits, and recommend suitable services.
• 💼 Upselling Services: Promote packages, memberships, and retail products to enhance customer wellness and support business growth.
• 🛋️ General Upkeep: Assist with maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-organized shop environment.
• 📞 Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant certification (e.g. ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage) or proven skills in massage therapy, reflexology, and fire cupping.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to contribute beyond treatments, including shop upkeep and sales support.
• Positive attitude, reliability, keen to learn new treatment techniques and a customer-first mindset.
