Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a retail team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service that enhances customer satisfaction
• Apply comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers and support sales efforts effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of retail areas to create an inviting shopping environment
• Assist in planning and executing merchandise displays to optimize retail presentation and sales impact
• Manage stock replenishment processes to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts
