Beverage Production Operator

Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed equipment, including fillers, cappers, labelers, and packaging machines.
Quality Control: Perform regular checks on carbonation levels, brix (sugar content), seal integrity, and date coding to ensure product excellence.
Sanitation (CIP): Execute "Clean-in-Place" (CIP) procedures and manual deep cleans to maintain a sterile production environment.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues or jams to minimize downtime.
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of production output, ingredient usage, and safety checks.
Safety First: Adhere to all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1+ years in food/beverage manufacturing or a similar production environment is preferred.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with PLC-controlled machinery and basic hand tools.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in environments that may be loud, wet, or temperature-variable.
Attention to Detail: A "sharp eye" for spotting labeling errors or packaging defects.
Team Player: Strong communication skills and a willingness to assist teammates during peak production hours.
