Beverage Production Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Beverage Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our production line, ensuring that every bottle, can, or carton meets our high standards for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed equipment, including fillers, cappers, labelers, and packaging machines.

• Quality Control: Perform regular checks on carbonation levels, brix (sugar content), seal integrity, and date coding to ensure product excellence.

• Sanitation (CIP): Execute "Clean-in-Place" (CIP) procedures and manual deep cleans to maintain a sterile production environment.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues or jams to minimize downtime.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of production output, ingredient usage, and safety checks.

• Safety First: Adhere to all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1+ years in food/beverage manufacturing or a similar production environment is preferred.

• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with PLC-controlled machinery and basic hand tools.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in environments that may be loud, wet, or temperature-variable.

• Attention to Detail: A "sharp eye" for spotting labeling errors or packaging defects.

• Team Player: Strong communication skills and a willingness to assist teammates during peak production hours.
