Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Community Operations

Job Summary

Support community-based healthcare operations and programmes by collaborating with internal teams and community partners to enhance residents’ health outcomes and improve care delivery within the community.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute community care initiatives and health programmes within an assigned geographical area to ensure effective delivery to residents
• Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to address residents’ health and care needs through coordinated operational activities
• Build and sustain positive working relationships with community partners to foster ongoing collaboration and support
• Support operational planning by analysing data, monitoring workload and service demand, and tracking key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities
• Recommend and implement operational improvements based on data analysis and identified issues to enhance programme performance
• Develop, pilot, and evaluate new programmes, workflows, and operational processes to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
• Identify and apply technology solutions to streamline workflows and increase operational effectiveness
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing resident experience and service quality
• Manage resident feedback by investigating concerns, coordinating with stakeholders for service recovery, and analysing feedback trends to identify service gaps
• Support ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives as assigned by management
• Work independently and collaboratively within teams to meet operational goals and resolve challenges

Required competencies and certifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders and residents
• Proficiency in analysing operational data and monitoring performance indicators to support decision-making
• Demonstrated interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to build collaborative partnerships
• Organisational and problem-solving skills to manage operations and resolve issues efficiently
• Professional handling of feedback and complaints to facilitate appropriate resolution and improve resident satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Prior experience in healthcare, operations, community engagement, and/or customer service
