Program Specialist (Early Careers) - Contract

• Support the end-to-end delivery of regional early talent programs, including internships, graduate rotations, and immersion programs across multiple APAC markets
• Coordinate onboarding, learning & development sessions, engagement activities, and offboarding for program participants
• Help plan and execute program events such as networking sessions, career workshops, and recognition activities
• Draft and distribute program-related communications to participants, stakeholders, and leadership
• Maintain program records, track attendance, gather feedback, and prepare reports on program metrics
• Liaise with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to keep timelines and deliverables on track
• Support employer branding efforts, including social media content and campus engagement activities
• Assist with scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination
