Senior Program Engineer (Operations)

 Requirements:

Tertiary education qualifications - Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.

 At least 5 years of experience in IT Operations or IT Service Delivery with exposure to IT infrastructure (including network) and operations.

 Experience in software development lifecycles will be an advantage.

 Experience in IT service delivery management and maintaining SLA/OLAs.

 Knowledge and/or practical experience in one or more of following areas are desirable:

o Coding (such as C#, Java, JavaScript) for Mobile and Web Applications

o DevOps/DevSecOps

o Virtualisation and/or Cloud Computing (such as AWS, Azure)

o Database and Storage

o Middleware and Services

o Cybersecurity (such as best practices, system hardening, threat and vulnerability management)

o Windows/Linux server administration

o Hardware, Infrastructure and Network

o Software/Systems integration across one or more software/hardware components

o Service delivery and management

o Artificial Intelligence (AI)

 Familiarity with project management methodology and lifecycle would be an advantage.

 Good analytical skills in diagnosing technical issues and ability to offer advisories and support.

 Good administrative and communication skills and positive working attitude.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with users and stakeholders at all levels.

 Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL) are highly desirable.

 Embrace continuous learning to deepen knowledge and skills, and willing to stay current with emerging and new technology.
