About this job

Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to own the positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for Landi's platform and AI-enabled solutions. The role covers our SaaS platform portfolio — device and estate management, application and content management, remote deployment and lifecycle services — together with the AI capabilities delivered on top of it.

This is a 0→1 role: as the first PMM in a newly centralized function, you will write the playbook rather than inherit one — designing how Landi positions, prices, launches and scales its platform and AI-powered solutions globally.

You will develop a deep understanding of our customers, markets, products and emerging AI capabilities, and translate that insight into compelling narratives that drive adoption, retention and recurring revenue. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal, Communication and Operations to ensure our solutions deliver clear value at every stage of the customer lifecycle.

The role carries end-to-end ownership of the commercial story: value proposition and messaging, pricing and packaging, go-to-market strategy for new solution launches, features, AI capabilities and external partner integrations, and the market, competitive and customer research that informs them.

Responsibilities

Platform Positioning, Messaging & Value Proposition

  • Own positioning and messaging for the platform portfolio — device and estate management, remote deployment, monitoring and terminal lifecycle management — articulating the total cost of ownership and operational efficiency case to acquirers, PSPs, ISVs, retailers and distributors

  • Build differentiated value propositions per segment, market and vertical, translating platform and SaaS capabilities into clear customer outcomes

  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to sharpen product-market fit and messaging

  • Cooperate with Product Management to influence product direction and prioritize customer needs, bringing market insight into product planning

Application, Content & Ecosystem Marketing

  • Market the application and content management layer: app catalogue and distribution, remote software and content updates, configuration, versioning and controlled rollout — turning platform capability into measurable estate-owner and merchant outcomes

  • Build the ecosystem and partner-integration narrative: third-party application onboarding, ISV enablement and marketplace value for both platform operators and application partners

  • Position the platform as the foundation on which AI capabilities and value-added services are delivered, so the platform and AI stories reinforce rather than compete with each other

  • Support the attach and expansion motion: position platform subscriptions, modules and managed services alongside device deals so recurring revenue grows with estate size

AI Solutions Marketing

  • Own product marketing for AI-enabled features and solutions, converting technical capability into concrete customer use cases, business outcomes and proof points

  • Partner with Product, Engineering and relevant AI/technology teams to understand AI capabilities, limitations, roadmap and customer requirements

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for AI-powered launches, including target segments, use cases, positioning, messaging, launch plans, adoption programmes and success metrics

  • Support customer education and adoption of AI capabilities by communicating practical use cases and expected business value in clear, non-technical language

Pricing, Packaging & Commercial Structure

  • Own the Pricing and Packaging lifecycle; collaborate with Finance and Product to define subscription models that balance market competitiveness with high-margin SaaS profitability

  • Define and maintain the commercial structure of the solutions portfolio (SKUs, software bundles, service packages, options and add-ons)

  • Assist in RFP/RFI responses and design tailored commercial offers where required

Go-to-Market, Launch & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Shape and execute go-to-market strategies for new solutions, features, platform modules and partner integrations

  • Collaborate with the Communication team on campaigns that drive pipeline, conversion, retention and expansion

  • Support customer lifecycle marketing including onboarding, adoption, retention, upsell and cross-sell initiatives

Sales Enablement & Field Engagement

  • Enable Sales teams with sales decks, battle cards, demos, solution and use-case narratives, FAQs, objection-handling guides, pricing narratives and training

  • Go further than materials: actively push and animate the sales organization around the story through field engagement, deal support and regular pipeline-facing touchpoints

Trust, Security & Responsible AI Messaging

  • Work with Legal, Security and Product teams to ensure platform and AI messaging accurately reflects data privacy, security, certification and governance commitments

  • Build the trust narrative enterprise buyers ask for — data handling, model limitations, human-in-the-loop safeguards and auditability — and translate evaluation and monitoring practice into assurance that shortens security and procurement review cycles

  • Maintain claim discipline across all messaging: no capability is marketed beyond what the product reliably and demonstrably delivers

Market Intelligence & Performance

  • Conduct market, competitive and technology trend analysis across platform, SaaS and AI to identify emerging customer needs, whitespace opportunities and points of differentiation for Landi's solutions

  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to ensure SaaS profitability

  • Establish and track key performance indicators for platform and AI launches — awareness, adoption, usage, conversion, customer feedback and commercial impact — and use those insights to refine positioning and GTM strategy

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • At least 4-7 years of experience in product marketing or related roles within a SaaS or B2B software environment

  • Proven track record marketing platform, SaaS or AI-enabled solutions in a B2B/B2B2C environment, with direct, hands-on involvement in getting deals across the line

  • A track record of pushing and animating a sales organization around a story — in the field with reps and prospects, not just producing collateral from behind a desk

  • Entrepreneurial, high-energy operator profile: comfortable building a function and a narrative from a near-blank page, and writing the playbook rather than waiting for one

  • Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity — able to ship, learn and iterate rather than wait for perfect information

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing, packaging and customer lifecycles, including subscription and per-device or per-estate commercial models

  • Experience launching SaaS platforms, modules and features to market

  • Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts — including model capabilities, limitations and evaluation considerations — and the ability to translate technical capability into customer-centric business value; hands-on technical development experience is not required

  • Familiarity with responsible AI, data privacy, security and governance considerations, and the ability to turn them into credible customer-facing assurance

  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear customer value

  • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills, including with Product, Engineering and Legal

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English

  • Experience in Atlassian products (JIRA/Confluence) is a plus

  • Not required: a payments-hardware, POS-device, or terminal-manufacturing marketing background — this is a software, platform and AI positioning role, not a hardware product marketing role

Preferred skills

  • Experience marketing device management, endpoint or estate management platforms (MDM/TMS), application distribution, app stores or content management solutions

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, familiar with Telecom and/or Payment, FinTech or Financial Services industries

  • Experience marketing AI-enabled, data-driven or automation products in a B2B environment

  • Experience building a product marketing function from scratch, or in a newly centralized or fast-scaling organization

  • Experience marketing to or through partner and ISV ecosystems

  • Experience with competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis
