Grants Management Executive (Public Agency)

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical professional with experience in public sector policy, planning or governance to support grants administration, stakeholder engagement and the effective management of research funding.

• Period: 6 months (possibility for renewal)
• Location: One-North
• Working hour: 830am - 6pm Mon-Fri
• Salary: Up to $6000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage grants administration by reviewing proposals, reports, variation requests, fund requisitions and other grant documentation.
• Support funding evaluation and governance processes, including meeting coordination, procurement, logistics, minutes-taking and record management.
• Liaise with grantees and research stakeholders on pre- and post-award matters, policies and grant processes.
• Monitor awarded grants by tracking project KPIs, milestones, progress and budget utilisation, and flagging issues for early intervention.
• Manage and analyse grants data, including data cleaning, maintenance, reporting and preparation of updates for stakeholders.
• Support grants policies and process improvements, contributing to best practices and effective stewardship of research funding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in public sector policy, planning or governance.
• Experience or strong interest in governance and policy, preferably within the research and development sector.
• Keen interest in science, technology and R&D.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and writing skills.
• Meticulous and organised with strong attention to detail.
• Resourceful, independent and able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
