LEGAL SECRETARY (Legal Firm)
Our client is an established international Law firm
Job responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Fee Earners
- Manage and coordinate the billing process on behalf of Fee Earners
- Typing correspondence and legal paperwork
- Input timesheets for Fee Earners into the Time Recording System
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
- Data base management
- Travel arrangements for partners
- Collect and disburse funds from cash accounts, and keep records of collections and disbursements.
- Assist in finance matters, including chasing for debts, checking of correct rates and amending billing narrative
- Preparing Expenses Report
- Participate in any other ad hoc assignments
Job requirements:
· Diploma and above
· At least 3 to 5years of Legal secretarial experience
· Proficient in Ms Excel
· Comfortable with serving a team
Salary Ranges from $3500 -$5500 X 12 (Depending on experience)
