Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Singapore. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the timely fulfilment of customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition of goods, and store items accurately in designated warehouse locations
• Pick and pack customer orders precisely according to order specifications, ensuring correct quantities and items
• Maintain accurate inventory records, assist in cycle counting, and identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized while following safety regulations and procedures
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, handling goods with care
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently (training provided if needed)
• Collaborate with warehouse associates and other departments to support smooth warehouse operations
• Follow all relevant safety regulations and company policies consistently

Required competencies and certifications

• Physically fit to lift up to 25kg safely
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Punctuality in reporting for work
