(Start Dec 2026) 1 Year Senior Accounts Payable Accountant | Central | Up to $7000 #NKA

Location: Suntec

Duration: 1 year contract (from 1 Dec 2026)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $7000

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle AP accounting entries, vendor invoices, expense transactions and payments for APCJ countries.
• Prepare and post vendor and expense accrual journals.
• Perform AP and expense system reconciliations and support month-end activities.
• Manage employee expense claims, corporate card programme and T&E processes.
• Handle cash flow projections, fund transfers and related banking matters.
• Ensure compliance with local/US GAAP and applicable GST/VAT and withholding tax requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors and internal stakeholders on accounting matters.
• Support reporting, process improvements, automation initiatives and finance projects.
• Oversee outsourced accounting vendors/contractors where required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance
• At least 6 years of relevant accounting experience especially in Accounts Payable & Expense Claims processing
• Good technical knowledge in tax and accounting, including but not limited to APCJ statutory tax requirements such as GST and Withholding tax
• Prefer to have operational knowledge in robotics / automation technology, including exploration and implementation experience
• Computer proficient – Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially strong Excel skills; and systems skills e.g. Oracle, SAP, Concur, Coupa
• Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (early mornings, evenings and weekends).
