Responsibilities & Duties
– Responsible for the accounting of files related to accounts payable
– Process all files related to disbursements / claims
– Prepare quarterly GST for filings
– Handle submission of e-stamping
– Manage files related to fixed deposit accounts
– Purge utilised disbursements
– Assist with billing duties when necessary
– Take on any other duties as and when assigned

Position Requirements
–Relevant accounting qualification & experience

–Relevant law firm working experience is preferred; but not required
– Meticulous, resourceful and self-driven
– Strong sense of commitment & urgency to complete given tasks
– Able to meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team
