Major Duties & Responsibilities
· Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
· Manage Yearly HR Budget
· Manage employee’s life cycle processes such as onboarding, confirmation, salary adjustment, promotion, transfer, employment conversion, yearly bonus and offboarding process.
· Processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner, including reviewing timesheets, ensuring all leaves taken are accurately recorded in the system, ensuring that all staff accounts are up to date in the system, etc.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, interview, selecting candidates and salary proposal.
· Oversee and manage the end-to-end training & development process.
· Assist in annual performance review and Compensation and Benefit review.
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
· Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
· Implement performance management systems and processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
· Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations in Singapore to and ensure compliance.
· Support and liaise with auditor on annual and ad-hoc internal/external payroll audit.
· Ensure timely submission for IR8A, IR21, government-paid leave claims, NS claims, Statutory report, CPF refund, MOM and related market surveys.
· Prepare Yearly Insurance renewal.
· Provide day to day operational HR administration support.
· Journal Entries for staff claim.
· To undertake any other duties and responsibilities that are assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
· Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
· Candidates with payroll experience and an EASY PAY system /TMS knowledge will be an added advantage.
· Team player with strong analytical skill, integrity with strong sense of confidentiality
· Able to multi-task and work independently
· Good interpersonal skills and willing to learn attitude.
· Able to start immediately or within short notice.
