Summary of Position:
The Executive, Programme supports the Programme team in administrative, logistical, and clerical functions to ensure smooth delivery of programmes and services. The role plays a key part in maintaining records, coordinating resources, liaising with vendors and providing day-to-day operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end administrative processing of bursary and book grant awards, including checking applications and supporting documents, maintaining records, preparing award documentation, and coordinating disbursements.
- Follow up with applicants, families and relevant stakeholders on outstanding documents or information to ensure timely processing of awards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and records of beneficiaries across various programmes.
- Assist in preparing reports and information relating to bursary and book grant awards for internal tracking and monitoring.
- Handle programme - related enquiries via email and phone and direct them to the appropriate staff where necessary.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and assist with other administrative duties as required to support the smooth operation and delivery of programmes and services.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support organisational needs and objectives.
Education: Nitec or Diploma in any field
Experience: Fresh graduate or one year of relevant work experience
Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player with a helpful, positive attitude.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Ability to work under pressure.
