Senior Data Anlysis Expert

Job Description

• Responsible for data architecture design (high availability), DB capacity planning and performance optimization
• Responsible for database management, develop data batch automation scripts and tools, ensuring the stability and timeliness of data-related application tasks.
• Responsible for data lifecycle management, coordinate with data backup, disaster recovery, and emergency drills
• Responsible for data governance and implement compliance management strategies such as database-level cleaning, desensitization and archiving
• Other data analysis work

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or related fields
2. More than 5 years of experience in database management or development and operations, proficient in at least two databases (such as My SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, TiDB, ClickHouse, etc. Candidates with a background in internet industry or financial sector, especially in banking, are preferred
3. In-depth understanding of database principles (transactions, locks, indexes, logs, replication, sharding, etc.)
4. Proficient in using database performance analysis tools (Explain, slow logs, Profiling, etc.), with practical experience in optimizing large-scale data.
5. Familiar with Linux and at least one scripting language (Python / Shell) for developing and operating tools.
6. Possession of DBA-related certifications (OCP, MySQL OCP, TiDB PCTA, etc.) is a plus
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
9. Proficiency in both English and Chinese to report and collaborate effectively locally and with Head Office.
