Admin Assistant - Yishun

Contract Period: From 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 with an option to extend the contract for a further period of 1 year.

Working hours:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
• Fridays: 6:45amto 3:30pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services:
• Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work, printing of worksheets and managing correspondences with stakeholders.
• Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders.
• Handle walk-in customer service.
• Administer basic first aid and care for sick students.
• Perform printing jobs (for worksheets, booklets, letters, etc).
• Any other jobs assigned by the school.

Qualifications, skills and experience:
• Possess GCE ‘N’ or its equivalent
• Possess experience with basic First Aid
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
• Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask with good time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Candidates with the relevant experience working in primary school will be preferred
