Sales Development Representative - Vietnamese Speaking

Salt Talent Search is hiring a Vietnamese speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Singapore. This role focuses on selling various cloud-based solutions by engaging prospective customers, communicating the client’s value proposition, and uncovering business needs to build high-quality sales opportunities.
This is a one year contract role based in Singapore.

What You’ll Do

• Execute multi-channel prospecting strategies across target accounts in Vietnam

• Engage potential customers through email, phone, social selling, marketing-qualified leads, and in-person events

• Clearly articulate the client’s value proposition while identifying customer pain points and business needs

• Collaborate closely with the broader sales team to generate and qualify opportunities for field sales

• Build and manage pipeline by identifying qualified prospects and supporting the relationship between accounts and Account Executives

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ year of relevant work experience (sales, business development, prospecting, marketing, IT consulting, or high-tech environments preferred)

• Experience through internships or early-career roles in inside sales or customer engagement is an advantage

• Native-level Vietnamese, with the ability to manage and communicate with accounts in Vietnam

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
