Job Summary

Support day-to-day HR operations, with a key focus on work pass administration and employee documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle MOM work pass matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, transfers and related documentation

• Monitor work pass expiry dates and ensure timely submissions

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes

• Support preparation of employment-related documents and HR administrative matters

• Assist with leave, attendance and other employee records

• Coordinate with employees, hiring managers and relevant departments on HR matters

• Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities and other HR projects

• Perform other general HR duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline

• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience

• Hands-on experience with MOM work pass administration will be highly preferred

• Good knowledge of Singapore HR practices and employment regulations

• Prior experience in the construction industry is an advantage
