Responsibilities:
Prepare and process shipping documents (BL, DO, invoices, packing lists).
Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams.
Coordinate import/export shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Handle permit applications and ensure compliance with regulations.
Maintain shipment records and update customers.
Requirements:
At least 1–2 years’ experience in shipping/logistics.
Knowledge of import/export procedures.
Able to work independently with good communication skills.
