Temp Senior HR Generalist – HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle | Up to $6,000 #HHLT

🕒 Monday to Friday, Office Hours
💰 Up to $6,000/month
📅 4-Month Contract

💼 Responsibilities
• Manage employee onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding processes
• Prepare employment letters, contracts and employee documentation
• Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews and development planning
• Support annual merit, bonus, promotion and compensation exercises
• Administer employee benefits, insurance, leave and wellbeing programmes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
• Generate HR reports and support audits and data governance activities
• Support Singapore HR compliance, employment documentation and work pass matters
• Handle day-to-day employee HR enquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and processes
• Support employee relations case administration when required
• Coordinate training, employee engagement and company events

📝 Requirements
• Min. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, C&B and performance management
• Familiar with Singapore employment legislation and HR practices
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle or similar HRIS
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills
