L2 – Application Support

Job Description

1. Provide L2 production support for 24x7 on Core Banking applications.

2. Recent experience in working with Java J2EE applications

3. Good understanding of core banking and banking operations is highly desirable.

4. Prior experience with Sunline Core Banking would be a strong case for candidate.

5. Experience in application support role for min 2 years for support or Developers

6. Willing to learn with good knowledge of Java, Unix, SQL

7. Experience in programming languages such as JAVA/J2EE.

8. Experience in Unix commands, SQL queries

9. Knowledge of Job scheduling, MQ setup, C:D setup experience is a plus

10. Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring tools like Prometheus,Elasticsearch and Grafana.

11. Dynamicindividual with thirst to learn

12. Strongteam player with excellent inter-personal skills

13. Ownership oriented and ability to meet SLAs with no compromise on thequality of the work

14. Goodproblem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-pacedenvironment.

15. Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams

Requirements

1. Must be graduate from IT or Computer Science

2. Must have IT background and intermediate knowledge and hands on experiences with SQL and Linux

3. Need to have eagerness to learn and perform with commitment
