Maintenance Planner & Reliability Coordinator

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Location: Jurong Island

Transport Provided from Jurong East MRT

Key Pointers:

• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for terminal equipment and assets

• Maintain asset registers, equipment history and CMMS data, including SAP PM, Maximo or similar systems

• Manage technical drawings and documentation, including P&IDs, equipment layouts, as-built drawings and MOC updates

• Support tank maintenance and rotating equipment overhauls; API 653 experience is an advantage

• Ensure maintenance activities comply with HSSE, permit-to-work and regulatory requirements

Key Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance planning, coordination or asset management within industrial facilities

• O&G terminal, petrochemical, tank farm or process industry experience preferred
