CLEANER

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily cleaning and upkeep of the building, dormitory areas, and common walkways.
• Ensure all floors, corridors, staircases, toilets, and common areas are kept clean, dry, and hygienic at all times.
• Perform regular sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal duties.
• Clean and sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, railings, switches, and shared facilities.
• Ensure rubbish bins are emptied regularly, and waste is disposed of properly.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company hygiene and safety requirements.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report low stock or damaged cleaning equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages observed within the premises.
• Carryout ad-hoc cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Location at Changi South Avenue 2
• No formal education required; basic literacy preferred.
• Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or building maintenance will be an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning duties, including standing and walking for long hours.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain consistent cleaning standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support operational needs.
• Willing to work in dormitory environment and perform shift or weekend duties if required.
